The annual base salary for this position ranges from $69,900.00 in our lowest geographic market to $138,300.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

About Our Team

The Retail Marketing & Visual Merchandising team in Los Angeles brings the Converse brand to life across retail environments. We create compelling in‑store experiences, drive consumer engagement, and ensure that Converse’s brand identity is consistently represented across all physical retail touchpoints.

We are seeking to support the execution of retail marketing programs, visual merchandising strategies, and in‑store storytelling across Converse retail and partner locations. You bring strong creative instincts, operational excellence, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver premium retail experiences.

What You Will Work On

  • Support the development and execution of retail marketing campaigns and in‑store activations across the city.
  • Implement visual merchandising guidelines, seasonal directives, and product presentation standards across stores.
  • Partner with Retail, Brand, and Product teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and alignment with brand priorities.
  • Coordinate installation timelines, fixture needs, and in‑store marketing materials.
  • Support the creation of VM toolkits, floor sets, and retail communication documents.
  • Monitor store execution, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Track retail marketing performance, consumer engagement, and visual merchandising effectiveness.
  • Maintain retail calendars, project trackers, and communication workflows.

Who You Will Work With

  • External vendors, agencies, and store teams.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in retail and/or visual merchandising.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education experience and training.
  • Proven account management experience with fashion and/or footwear wholesale accounts, with a strong focus on the Los Angeles market.
  • Deep knowledge of Los Angeles streetwear culture and its influence on consumer trends.
  • Strong understanding of the Los Angeles retail landscape, including key neighborhoods, doors, and wholesale accounts.
  • Self‑starter with a proactive, go‑getter mindset and the ability to work independently.
