As an Athlete, you are:
- Using your expertise in the field of exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to serve and deliver a premium brand experience to our consumers
- Assisting our Leads and Coaches in training new employees
- Supporting various store departments (e.g. operating cash register, managing incoming and outgoing goods, refilling products on the shop floor, building visual displays) and recommending appropriate products to reach sales targets
- Using your knowledge of digital devices to create a bond between online- and offline sales or services in the store
- Informing consumers and new coworkers about the NIKE products and services
- Improving your own knowledge via our tools and training courses to stay up to date and to seek for more insights on sales trends, NIKE products, services, and culture

What you bring:
- A passion for NIKE and/or love of sport
- Some experience in retail and/or leadership positions
- Very good command of English language (written and spoken)
- Experience and competency in serving exceptional consumer service
- Ability to coach and develop a strong team
- Strong focus on communication
- Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends

01 Postúlate

02 Habla con un reclutador o haz una evaluación
Si te seleccionan para un puesto corporativo, un reclutador se pondrá en contacto contigo para iniciar tu proceso de entrevistas y será tu contacto principal durante todo el proceso. En el caso de los puestos de Retail, tendrás que realizar una evaluación interactiva que incluye una conversación y cuestionarios. Te tomará entre 10 y 20 minutos completarla. Independientemente del puesto, queremos conocerte a ti, a tu yo en su totalidad, así que comparte quién eres, qué te hace singular y qué deseas hacer.
03 Entrevista
Entra en esta fase con confianza: investiga, entiende lo que buscamos y prepárate para las preguntas que nos harán saber más sobre ti y tus antecedentes.
