WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Senior Sales Representative for Accessories & Responsive Business to join our CEMEA team. The ideal candidate brings curiosity, learning agility, strong planning and organizational skills, and the ability to communicate clearly across cross-functional teams.
This role is responsible for maximizing additional demand opportunities across the CEMEA marketplace in all Sports, with a focus on accessories and responsive business. The successful candidate will identify product opportunities, implement product strategies, stay current on product updates, and demonstrate strong customer service through effective relationship-building across the Nike matrix.
Key accountabilities:
• Lead the accessories, equipment, and responsive business strategy for CEMEA.
• Support Sales teams across distributors and countries by identifying relevant products through sell‑through and inventory analysis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve monthly, quarterly, and fiscal shipping goals.
• Proactively identify additional revenue opportunities with accounts.
• Partner across the business to optimize Full Price Realization and maximize profitability of available inventory.
• Lead the seasonal CODE and sell‑in process for equipment within your area of responsibility.
• Create and execute business plans to achieve revenue growth and financial targets.
• Support CEMEA Sales Representatives by providing assortments, sell‑in strategies, and tools.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As a Senior Partner Representative, you will optimize Nike product sales by creating accurate and realistic seasonal assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans for the Additional Demand and Equipment business. You will summarize and deliver insights to the Additional Demand Team while partnering closely with the Sports organization.
You will elevate sell‑through by preparing, planning, and delivering clear, compelling product and brand presentations. You will rely on strong planning and reporting skills to bring clarity, structure, and visibility to the business.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
This role reports to an Account Director within CEMEA and partners closely with all CEMEA account teams, the Additional Demand Team, Sports teams, and cross-functional partners in Merchandising, Demand and Supply Management (DSM), and Marketplace Supply Chain (MSC). The successful candidate will build strong relationships across Nike to effectively navigate CODE processes for both Additional Demand (in‑season, cross‑Sport) and Equipment.
WHAT YOU BRING
As an Additional Demand & Equipment Representative, you will oversee Sport strategies for Additional Demand with a commercial mindset, identifying marketplace opportunities aligned to Nike’s broader marketplace strategy. You will consolidate plans and provide visibility through reporting and alignment tools.
• Experience in sales, retail buying, merchandising, or planning, with multiple seasons working with forecasts and inventory.
• Project management experience in cross-functional environments.
• Proven experience implementing sales plans, processes, and methodologies; skilled in financial decision‑making and translating insights into business plans and accurate revenue forecasts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate goals clearly and influence across and up the organization.
• Ability to plan, prepare, and deliver compelling presentations; strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use financial data to guide decisions and maximize account profitability.
• Experience developing seasonal assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans.
Position will be posted until 23rd of February. Relocation is not offered for this role.
