WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This role will work with the Digital Brand Marketing team, directly reporting to the Digital Brand Marketing Manager in Korea. Digital Brand Marketing is a team of innovative thinkers to drive brand initiatives with consumer connection across Nike’s digital world. This role partners closely with Korea and Asia-Pacific & Latin America Brand Marketing teams, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external agencies.

This individual combines strategic thinking with creativity and an innovative mindset to deliver impactful campaigns in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. This role will play a key role in strengthening Nike’s brand impact and cultural relevance across digital platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of marketing experience, including minimum 2+ years in digital activation (knowledge of digital platform UI, UX framework)
- Expertise in digital execution and digital business, especially through global projects preferred
- Proven expertise in marketing content planning, production, and performance analysis
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with agility and precision in a fast-moving environment
- Innovative, creative, and open to new approaches that challenge boundaries
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, external partners, and agencies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will lead Nike’s digital brand strategy for Korea, creating authentic consumer journeys that bridge brand storytelling and cultural relevance. From strategy to execution, you will drive distinctive seasonal marketing planning, content development, deliver insights by orchestrating all digital channels. You will be responsible to humanize the brand initiatives in digital world with deep understanding of Korea consumers.
- Bring best-in-class brand experiences to life for consumers with digital excellence and innovation
- Lead seasonal digital brand strategy aligned with GEO strategy and brand standards
- Deliver seasonal kick-off presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Lead holistic consumer digital journey end-to-end—including on-field directing, post-production, launch, and reviews
- Stay ahead of industry, sport, and marketplace trends for authentic consumer connection
- Organize financial planning and reporting for projects, including requisition submission
- Track and analyze digital performance, providing actionable insights through weekly and monthly reviews and reports
