WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
Senior, Always On & Consumer Moments is part of the Digital Marketing Owned team, reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Owned. This role closely collaborates with Asia-Pacific & Latin America partners, Nike Digital, Merchandising, Brand Creative teams to craft premium storytelling on Nike.com and Nike App, to deliver impactful Consumer Moments. Through deep consumer connection and distinctive brand experiences, you drive Nike’s brand distinction, sport spirit, and business growth—365 days a year.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Nike is looking for a digital marketing expert with deep expertise in digital strategy and a strong consumer-centric mindset. The ideal candidate excels at creating differentiated brand experiences and can build repeatable success models using data and insights. You value impactful, year-round storytelling that forges lasting consumer connections and drives brand and business growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience or related experience in brand marketing, including 2+ years in digital activation
- Proven expertise in developing and executing digital marketing strategies
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, external partners and agencies
- Strong oral and written communication skills in Korean and English
- Practical understanding of digital UI, UX, and operational mechanism
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with agility and precision
- Innovative mindset, unafraid of new initiatives and rapid execution
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
Always On & Consumer Moments refers to maintaining continuous digital engagement and delivering campaigns tailored to consumers’ most meaningful moments. This role focuses on providing continuous brand experiences beyond seasonal campaigns and creating distinctive storytelling that resonates with consumers. You will lead Korea’s digital marketing offense to create breakthrough campaigns and foster deep consumer connections year‑round. Through premium storytelling, data‑driven insights, and innovative toolkits, you will elevate Nike’s digital ecosystem and drive business growth across all owned channels.
- Set seasonal priorities and 365 story maps aligned to GEO strategy
- Write and direct end‑to‑end digital strategy briefs for key consumer moments to deliver relevant and resonant brand experiences
- Lead Always‑On briefs and production, creating storytelling that deeply connects with local consumers, while driving collaboration with the local content production studio
- Build and standardize repeatable toolkits for cross‑team adoption while upholding Nike Digital Brand Standards
- Use Airtable and internal systems to lead projects with external partners and internal collaboration teams
- Analyze weekly/monthly performance and translate insights into actionable improvements
