WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Our Nike Value Stores are critical engines of growing the capacity, keeping marketplace heathy and profitable, serving value consumers and inviting new consumers to the brand. We are seeking a seasoned retail leader to lead Nike’s Value Store portfolio across Greater China—one of the largest, fastest-moving, and most complex retail environments in the marketplace.
This leader will bring a strong combination of commercial acumen, operational excellence, and marketplace agility, with a proven ability to lead a very large business and team, unlock productivity at scale, and drive sustainable growth in the value retail channel.
You are a leader who thrives in complexity—someone who can rapidly adjust strategy in a highly dynamic environment, translate direction into frontline execution, and inspire and develop high-performing teams (“athletes”) across a broad and demanding retail network.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- Drive Large-Scale Business Performance
Own end-to-end retail performance across the Value Store fleet, delivering strong results in sales, productivity, and profitability across a business and team of significant scale. - Maximize Operational Efficiency
Continuously elevate operational capabilities, field execution, and process discipline to improve efficiency, simplify ways of working, and unlock scale advantages across the fleet. - Lead the Outlet Channel Strategy
Shape and execute channel strategies grounded in a strong understanding of the outlet marketplace, consumer dynamics, and landlord ecosystem, ensuring Nike wins in the Value channel. - Deliver Agile Marketplace Execution
Respond quickly to a fast-changing and highly dynamic environment, adjusting plans, priorities, and resource allocation to capture opportunities and mitigate risks. - Develop & Inspire Teams
Lead, coach, and inspire a large population of retail athletes and field leaders, building a strong talent pipeline and high-performance culture across a broad organization. - Enable Cross-functional Execution
Partner with key functions to ensure seamless alignment from strategy to execution, enabling fast decision-making and agile responses to market, consumer, and partner shifts.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Extensive Retail Leadership Experience
15+ years in retail, with proven success leading large-scale store networks, sizable teams, and complex multi-layer field organizations - Exceptional Operational Excellence
Deep understanding of retail KPIs, P&L management, and store operations, with a strong track record of improving operational efficiency and execution quality at scale - Outlet Channel & Landlord Expertise
Strong familiarity with the outlet retail channel, landlord landscape, and value-store operating model, with the ability to navigate external partnerships effectively - Consumer-First and Marketplace-Oriented Mindset
Ability to balance value, consumer relevance, and business discipline while delivering strong marketplace execution - People Leadership & Talent Development
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing, multi-layer teams, building strong leadership pipelines across large organizations - Agility & Change Leadership
Demonstrated ability to adapt strategy quickly in a highly dynamic environment, making fast, high-quality decisions amid changing conditions - Language & Education
Fluent in Mandarin and English; Bachelor’s degree required

En el caso de los puestos de Retail, tendrás que realizar una evaluación interactiva que incluye una conversación y cuestionarios. Te tomará entre 10 y 20 minutos completarla. Independientemente del puesto, queremos conocerte a ti, a tu yo en su totalidad, así que comparte quién eres, qué te hace singular y qué deseas hacer.
