WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a North America Sr. Director of Brand Management for Soccer to help supercharge our fast-growing Soccer offense. In this role, you will work to define the North America Brand Marketing Strategy for our Soccer business. We are looking for someone with demonstrated experience in brand management/marketing, soccer lifestyle and performance, and leading a world class team!
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
If this is you, you will be driving the Geo strategy for the Soccer consumer construct and will lead the team across a networked offense of functional experts. You will:
Lead multi-year, annual and seasonal plans for Soccer in North America.
Lead a cross-functional marketing team to create inspired and world class storytelling and consumer journeys which will take the brand and consumer somewhere new.
Define and drive annual & seasonal Marketing Plans that position Nike as the leader in soccer.
Define the North American Soccer consumer muse to inspire aspirational storytelling and concepts.
Define, develop & deliver Seasonal Storytelling, both in partnership with Global and within our Geo offense.
Define and deliver long-term Soccer brand plans in partnership with other sport-led teams and our Nike Sportswear offense.
Lead & develop a highly capable, diverse and multi-disciplinary Marketing team.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
As the North America Sr. Director of Brand Management for Soccer, you will report directly to the VP of North America Brand Management.
You will work as a part of a cross-functional, sport-led offense, as well as alongside leaders from Digital, Creative and City Brand Management, to build a more comprehensive approach to serving athletes* more holistically.
You will collaborate and partner with the following internal partners:

North America Soccer Cross-Functional Leadership Team
Global and Geography Brand Leaders
Digital Marketing

Sports Marketing

WHAT YOU BRING
10+ Years of experience in Brand Management and Marketing building Consumer Connection, Brand Planning, Brand Strategy and Marketing Journeys to drive consumer engagement.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or closely related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
North America perspective/experience when it comes to Sport and Soccer marketing.
A proven track record to drive and deliver results across business and brand.
A proven ability to build, develop and encourage deeply collaborative teams.
Preferred:
Strategic Marketing and Planning experience.
Translating business objectives and goals into annual Marketing strategies and plans to create demand and drive growth.
Demonstrated ability to drive demand for our key products and drive brand energy.
End-to-end consumer experience and design thinking skills to drive engagement with our brand and products.
A background in Marketing consumer insights and fostering big ideas in partnership with a highly cross-functional team.
Demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit, adaptability, resourcefulness and comfort level with ambiguity.
