WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
As the Global Retail and Digital Marketing Planner, you will partner closely with the Global Brand Planning team and the Global Marketing Functions to support seasonal planning. You will help create and manage the global seasonal blueprints that align with our Brand priorities and fuel the marketplace. You will be essential in navigating the matrix and aligning priorities with multiple stakeholders across Global and Geo.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a Senior Planner who is skilled at problem-solving and strategic thinking, visionary, and expert at orchestrating diverse teams. This role requires someone who drives operational excellence through clear communication and collaboration and is able to manage multiple workstreams with competing deadlines.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast paced environment, who is eager to take on challenges, passion for efficiency, and desire to constantly evolve.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training
- A minimum of 3 years directly relevant work experience
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- A seasoned and strong ability to problem solve through project challenges.
- Proficient in Keynote, AirTable, Figma.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As a Senior Planner, you will support the seasonal programming for Global Brand Marketing initiatives across our key marketplace channels. This role will be responsible for orchestrating cross-collaboration with global and geo teams and managing Retail, Digital, and Media plans through execution.
- Work closely with Brand Initiative & Consumer Planning teams to deliver one comprehensive Marketing plan to guide Geo plans.
- Create comprehensive marketplace maps to visualize journey & market dynamics to inform strategies & plans.
- Coordinate with cross functional and geo teams to ensure geo adoption and localization across Digital, Retail, and Wholesale
- Partner with Studio management on seasonal resourcing to help creative and content teams produce assets tailored to each channel. Own the aggregation of global digital campaigns, including media, flagship, and social, to ensure cohesive execution across all channels.Own the development and communication of seasonal Retail Digital Marketing and Media Planning tools and artifacts, driving Geo alignment (13 week walks, Social ROS, Media Architecture)
- Support the evolution of operating models and processes across retail, and digital.
- Act as a liaison to NDDC, creative, and geo partners for capability deployment.
- Foster strong relationships across global and geo Consumer and functional teams.
