SENIOR SPECIALIST - SAMPLES & CONTENT MANAGEMENT
As the Senior Specialist, you will manage physical & digital assets & information across the GTM & DS value chain ensuring organization, maximizing usability, and enabling efficiency.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Enable the local commercial content production through cataloguing, digital asset management, and publication
Drive the overall samples ordering & management process through continue process optimization with the use of digital tools & technology
Maintain a strong connection with cross-category EMEA stakeholders and work cooperatively with Global Content teams in order to consume adapt and complement the content delivered upstream
Own the development, management, & continuous improvement of the digital hub for GTM & DS (built currently on Airtable) incl KPI development
Act as a business partner, combine your digital creation background with your digital transformation expertise and mindset to integrate and adapt content management capabilities to the rapidly evolving needs of the business
Effectively project manage and coordinate a variety of internal stakeholders on larger projects to ensure maximum business value delivery
Ad hoc support of samples management processes and other responsibilities as may be needed in support of Go To Market
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Stakeholder management : working closely with stakeholders, create feedback loop on content relevancy and efficiencies.
Project management : lead new project and processes directly and ability to brief third-party vendors on a production process.
E2E B2B experience : understand information/ content flow and digital experience usage internally and externally, CMS
Marketplace : Think marketplace wide – create consumer ready content whenever possible
Transition management : Educate and train teams to be able to maximize the usage of our digital assets
Digital Asset Management: Airtable as well as a variety of other creative & content management platforms
