Welcome to the “Department of Consumer Acquisition.” Being part of the Nike Kids Footwear team means you will be working alongside a talented group of people with a shared goal; create industry leading Kids Footwear and lead the next generation’s culture of Sport and Sportwear. You will partner with cross-functional teams such as Product Development, Design, and Merchandising, as well as a team of Kids Expression Product Managers striving to bring compelling Kids product and narratives to Kids all around the world.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a Senior Product Line Manager for Kids Sport and Sportswear Footwear, Expression! This role requires someone with a passion for connecting to Nike’s youngest consumers. Through kid-right Sport and Sportswear storytelling and product veneering, you will create lifelong, brand loyal athletes* and lead the culture of youth. We are looking for someone who is driven by the opportunity to create a Kid’s “first love” of footwear.

We are looking for a highly collaborative teammate with a history of strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to learn and adapt quickly, and influence and lead others to reach a common goal. This candidate must ensure they are driving all areas of the creation process and meeting key deliverables by season, across a multitude of calendars and timelines. Strong organizational skills, proactivity, managing through ambiguity, product creation acumen, and a growth mindset are a must.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As a Senior, Expression, Product Manager you will lead and manage a portion of the Nike Kids Footwear product line. You will be responsible for understanding consumer and market needs, creating relevant product briefs, and partnering cross-functionally to drive your product line from “brief to box”. You will work closely with your Design, Development, and Merchandising teams to develop and create compelling footwear for Nike’s youngest consumer. You will lead your triad team to deliver on product creation calendar timelines, in a fast-paced, collaborative, and exciting environment.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training

  • A minimum of 3 years directly relevant work experience

  • A general understanding of the marketplace and competitive landscape of footwear, as well as passion for Sport and Sportwear footwear, culture and storytelling

  • Ability to connect to Kids and their caring-Adults, as well as understanding their unique needs

  • Proven ability to capture consumer insights and translate them into compelling product solutions

  • Collaborative attitude and positive energy

  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills

  • Necessary Skills/Tools: Visual Tool Creation (PowerPoint/Keynote/Miro)

  • Attention to detail and deadlines

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time
