WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re seeking a Senior Manager, Learning Operations to oversee the coordination, logistics, and execution of Nike’s enterprise learning programs. This role ensures delivery excellence across regions by managing the operational backbone that makes large-scale learning possible. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and skilled at leading teams that thrive on structure, precision, and continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

Strategic:

  • Lead operational planning for global learning programs, aligning with enterprise learning goals and L&D strategy.
  • Build scalable systems, tools, and processes that enable consistent, high-quality learning delivery across regions.
  • Partner with HR and COE stakeholders to ensure alignment between program operations and business needs.
  • Apply data-driven insights and KPIs to continuously enhance efficiency, impact, and learner experience.

Operational:

  • Manage end-to-end logistics for learning programs, including scheduling, communications, vendor coordination, and budget oversight.
  • Forecast and allocate resources to ensure seamless delivery across audiences and geographies.
  • Standardize operational practices, ensuring consistency in learner communications, registration, reporting, and post-program evaluation.
  • Implement innovative technologies and processes that enhance program coordination and delivery effectiveness.

Leadership:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of coordinators responsible for program execution.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to anticipate needs and remove barriers to program delivery.
  • Model Nike’s Maxims and HR values, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

  • Director, Coordination and Facilitation (reporting line) to align operational execution with strategic direction.
  • Global and Regional L&D partners to ensure coordinated execution of enterprise learning programs.
  • People Solutions, HR, and COE stakeholders to support delivery needs and align with business priorities.
  • Vendors and external partners as needed to support program operations.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of experience, education, and training.
  • 5–7 years of experience in program coordination, operations, or large-scale learning delivery.
  • Proven ability to manage complex logistics across multiple regions and stakeholder groups.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills with an eye for detail.
  • Experience with learning systems, operational tools, and data-driven decision making.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive process improvement.
