WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

The Asia Pacific & Latin America (APLA) Brand Assortment Planning team shapes Nike’s product future across diverse territories. This role reports to the Senior Manager of APLA Brand Assortment Planning and works across Geo Sport Planning, Global Brand Assortment Planning, Business Planning, Merchandising, Finance, Enterprise Business Planning, and Territory and Geo Planning teams to drive clarity, alignment, and consistent decision‑making.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Nike is looking for a planner with sharp analytical instincts and a deep understanding of assortment planning, merchandising, and retail performance. This person turns complexity into clarity—translating data, trends, and product insights into actionable direction. They collaborate with ease across functions, build trust quickly, and operate with speed in an environment that never stops moving. They bring an enterprise mindset and the confidence to influence across countries and cultures. Most importantly, they connect the art and science of planning to elevate sport, the athlete, and the business.

You will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.

  • 3+ years of experience in buying, planning, allocation, or a related field

  • Strong understanding of key retail KPIs, including retail sales, AWST%, ARD, Weeks of Supply (WOS), marketplace and DC inventory, revenue, and margin

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, data manipulation, and pivot tables

  • Proven ability to collaborate and influence across multiple functions, countries, and cultures

  • Able to work in Beaverton, OR

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You’ll help drive the Brand Assortment Planning offense across APLA, partnering with Sport and Marketplace teams to deliver product‑level forecasts that support both long‑term vision and near‑term execution. You’ll operate as a planning expert—bringing clarity, consistency, and alignment to Nike’s end‑to‑end planning process.

In this role, you will:

  • Own the execution of demand planning activities that drive an accurate demand signal to cross-functional partners

  • Build and enhance reporting tools that drive visibility into Geo‑level plans and unlock cross‑sport insights (equipment, core, energy, and more)

  • Support Geo wide processes aimed at driving consistency and operational efficiency across teams, including, but not limited to: Plan Reconciliation, Franchise Health Management, and product level Stock and Sales Panning

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for future assortment planning capabilities, shaping new ways of working across APLA

  • Champion continuous improvement to optimize end‑to‑end processes and elevate operational efficiency
