Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Leadership/Organizational Development or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.

  • 10–15+ years of OD or transformation consulting experience, with proven success leading global operating model work.

  • Strong stakeholder management and influence skills across complex, matrixed organizations.

  • Advanced consulting capabilities in strategic alignment, org diagnostics, system design, facilitation, conflict navigation, and executive communication.

  • Experience scaling transformation across geographies and markets, bringing strong business acumen and systems thinking.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

In this role, you will lead some of the most critical operating model and organizational effectiveness work across Nike’s Operate & Enable functions. You’ll diagnose challenges, design future‑state models, and guide senior leaders through high‑stakes decisions that shape how teams operate and deliver. You’ll influence enterprise‑wide initiatives, strengthen alignment across Geos and functions, and build the OD capability of HR and business leaders. Your work will drive clarity, accelerate transformation, and elevate how teams collaborate and perform.

Strategic Initiatives (Project-Based Leadership)

  • Lead the assessment, design (structural + non‑structural), and delivery of high-priority OD initiatives in Operate & Enable functions.

  • Drive the scoping of operating model initiatives, offering options and clear recommendations on interventions, capabilities required, and pacing.

  • Represent OD in related enterprise initiatives, ensuring alignment across functions, Geos, and Brands and surfacing dependencies and implications.

  • Provide subject-matter expertise on large-scale transformation, service delivery model evolution, and capability-based organization design.

  • Lead design workstreams, governance routines, and senior leader decision-making processes.

Business Partner Consultant

  • Maintain integrity of the Nike operating model and guide leaders on significant org changes (e.g., structure, accountabilities, management processes).

  • Monitor organizational health using diagnostic tools and partner with HR and business leaders to identify improvements.

  • Partner with BHR on team effectiveness and culture interventions for leadership teams.

  • Build OD capability across HRBPs, People Solutions, and senior leaders through training, coaching, and partnership.

  • Shape and share the transformation portfolio for your Geo/function and ensure alignment with enterprise priorities.
