WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a critical art/design member of the Nike Training, ACG & Kids Brand Creative team. You will deliver exceptional execution of concepts, visual language, and creative thinking alongside internal and external creative partners.

You are a multidisciplinary creative with an interest in working across multiple mediums, including but not limited to: art direction, graphic design, typography, motion and stills (across platforms), channel‑specific executions, and real‑life branded experiences. You enjoy collaborating and working in environments where you can learn, be given responsibility, and explore creative ideas while working against a clear brief.

You enjoy exploring new areas and pushing your thinking to deliver innovative creative work. You have a strong ability to meet the strategic goals of briefs and aren’t afraid to ask questions when things aren’t clear. You can articulate interesting tensions and design with versatility when visually problem-solving. You enjoy crafting details from start to finish and proactively look to develop these skills.

You have experience leading your own workstreams and presenting ideas to partners. You have a passion for art and design and proactively stay aware of new trends. You enjoy commissioning external talent and have experience briefing and critiquing others’ work. You continuously seek new talent and creative partners, working to grow your creative network across all areas. You are excited about new technology and actively work to understand this ever‑evolving landscape.

You are flexible, critical, fast‑thinking, and an action‑oriented team player. You are comfortable iterating and not afraid to make mistakes.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You will play a pivotal role in executing and delivering creative work across all channels—both digital and physical. Working with the team around you, you will translate briefs and marketing plans into creative concepts clearly articulated through mood boards and comps.

You will communicate your concepts to various external and internal audiences. Working closely with senior creatives in our Brand Creative Centres of Excellence, you’ll help craft the future vision of the brand across every consumer touchpoint. You will work with a team to bring innovative thinking while collaborating with external partners to deliver well‑crafted executions, with a solid understanding of agency and marketing processes for creative work.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

This role reports directly to the Director of Nike Training, Nike Skims, ACG & Kids. Day‑to‑day, you’ll work with a team of designers, producers, and communication experts. Beyond this core team, you will frequently collaborate with external creatives—commissioning work across multiple fields. You will also partner with your counterparts across functional teams in Brand Marketing.

·  Strong collaboration skills with external partners during execution, including advertising agencies, design agencies, production partners, photographers, producers, and project managers.

·  A passion for and understanding of sport and lifestyle culture in Greater China.

·  Superior knowledge of youth culture in China and beyond; actively seeks out the latest trends in art, design, technology, architecture, film, and photography, along with other design influences.

·  Confident working with Adobe Creative Suite and Keynote.
