WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

Brand Narrative is a multidisciplinary team of creative experts who work with internal and external creative partners to deliver holistic messaging across all channels. They lead strategic and creative development of Nike’s voice, and drive narrative excellence and collaboration across multiple projects simultaneously to ensure that all work is executed against the strategy. They work fully end-to-end, including strategy, ideation, different forms of creative execution to ensure that the story is crafted and delivered masterfully.

He/She is obsessed with consumers, with rich experience, strategic thinking and innovative creative solutions to shape the future of one of the most iconic brands, by fueling the inspiration and innovation that makes athletes dream real.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON

You will work with internal and external creative partners to deliver holistic messaging across all channels and consumer touchpoints, driving strategic and storytelling excellence and collaboration across multiple projects, ensuring the work is executed against the seasonal strategy. 

You will work across different mediums, including but not limited to film, photography, and audio to ensure that the narrative is crafted and delivered masterfully in a channel-right manner. Drive the E2E integration and ensure consistent communication across all channels.

You are exceptional team player with passion to learn and grow their strategic, creative, and production experience.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

You will be the primary partner to the Running creative director and other brand creative partners, designer, narrative, writers and producers. Working closely with key stakeholders to create seamless end to end journey across the Nike Ecosystem.

You will collaborate closely with Running Brand Management and the functional teams in Brand Marketing.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or other relevant field.
  • Experience: 7+ years experience of relevant brand creative, brand management, strategy & agency.
  • Ability to sharpen concepts for projects with strategic thinking.
  • Ability to articulate the compelling storytelling to diverse teams, leaders and various audiences internally and externally.
  • Innovative and willing to explore the creative solutions & new ways of working with uncertainty.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and design developments to incorporate fresh ideas into projects.
  • Experience of navigating through a matrix organization, being collaborative with optimistic mentality driven on brand standards.
  • Has the passion and drive for end-to-end creative process with multiple projects.
  • Clear communication in written and oral form, in both Mandarin and English.
  • Able to work with internal and external partners: creative & design agencies, artists, photographers, producers, project managers and freelancers.
  • Stay positive and agile against complexity and changes.

02 Habla con un reclutador o haz una evaluación

Si te seleccionan para un puesto corporativo, un reclutador se pondrá en contacto contigo para iniciar tu proceso de entrevistas y será tu contacto principal durante todo el proceso. En el caso de los puestos de Retail, tendrás que realizar una evaluación interactiva que incluye una conversación y cuestionarios. Te tomará entre 10 y 20 minutos completarla. Independientemente del puesto, queremos conocerte a ti, a tu yo en su totalidad, así que comparte quién eres, qué te hace singular y qué deseas hacer.

03 Entrevista

Entra en esta fase con confianza: investiga, entiende lo que buscamos y prepárate para las preguntas que nos harán saber más sobre ti y tus antecedentes.
