WHO YOU WORK WITH

As Senior Manager, Retail Stores, you will lead a portfolio of Nike-owned stores across Israel, reporting to the Retail Director.

You will coach and develop Store Managers while partnering with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Digital, People Solutions, Real Estate and Loss Prevention to drive business performance and consumer experience across the marketplace.

This role requires regular travel across Israel and significant time spent in stores.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The Senior Manager, Retail Stores delivers Nike Direct strategy across Israel by driving commercial results, elevating consumer experience and developing high-performing store teams.

  • Proven experience leading multiple stores and large-scale retail operations.

  • Strong people leadership and team development capabilities.

  • Experience developing and executing successful retail strategies.

  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to translate data into action.

  • Broad understanding of retail operations, labor management, service excellence and loss prevention.

  • Ability to influence stakeholders and lead through change in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.

  • Willingness to travel frequently across Israel.

WHAT YOU WORK ON

You will be accountable for the performance, people development and operational excellence of Nike stores across Israel.

Business

  • Drive Nike Direct strategy and business priorities across stores.

  • Analyze commercial performance and identify opportunities to improve sales, profitability and productivity.

  • Optimize labor planning and drive accountability for key retail KPIs.

  • Review weekly business results and implement actions to accelerate growth.

Consumer Experience

  • Lead execution of Nike’s Service & Selling framework (SOLE).

  • Partner with Store Managers to elevate consumer experience and selling effectiveness.

  • Ensure consistent execution of key campaigns, initiatives and store standards.

Talent & Culture

  • Recruit, coach and develop Store Managers.

  • Build strong succession pipelines and future retail leaders.

  • Drive employee engagement, development and performance excellence.

Operational Excellence & Brand

  • Ensure stores consistently meet operational, safety and loss prevention standards.

  • Lead implementation of new retail initiatives and monitor business performance through operational KPIs.

  • Protect and elevate Nike brand standards and consumer-facing experiences across all stores.
