WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will report directly to the Director, Central Europe and Intersport, CEMEA and be a senior member of the Central Europe and Intersport, CEMEA Sales Team. You will work closely with Partner Representatives across different Fields of Play (Football, Running, Kids, etc.), acting as a trusted leader and thought partner. You will collaborate extensively with Operations, Merchandising, Planning, Finance, and Marketing, driving alignment across functions and geographies. Externally, you will engage with senior leadership and buying teams at Nike’s key partners across Central and Eastern Europe.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an experienced Senior Partner Sales Representative to join the CE and Intersport, CEMEA Team, based at EHQ. In this role, you will own and lead the Sport of key partners across Central and Eastern Europe (including Poland, Slovenia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary and Turkey), driving sustainable growth and shaping how Nike shows up in the marketplace .You will operate with a high degree of autonomy and strategic influence, making marketplace and commercial decisions that create the future of Nike. You will elevate the consumer experience for respected Sports, unlock Intersport CEMEA and other partners potential, and deliver strong financial results by building deep, trust‑based relationships with senior partner stakeholders. We are looking for an expert who can drive the partnership and development of respected Sports, land seasonal stories through differentiated assortments, influence across functions and geographies, and act with courage in moments of change. You are a role model for collaboration, ownership, and consumer‑led thinking, with a proven ability to positively influence both internal teams and external partners. In this role, you will lead change—within Nike and with our partners—navigating ambiguity, setting direction, and helping others succeed in a fast‑moving and constantly evolving environment.

What You Bring:

  • Significant commercial experience in Sales Account Management, Partner Management, Business Planning, or Account Merchandising within a complex, multi‑market environment.

  • Proven experience leading partner relationships, including selling, negotiation, and influencing outcomes aligned to long‑term business goals.

  • Strong track record of owning commercial results, including revenue growth, margin optimization, inventory management, and contribution targets.

  • Deep understanding of retail and marketplace dynamics, with the ability to translate data and insights into clear, decisive actions; experience creating and leveraging partner scorecards.

  • Advanced merchandising capability, shaping assortments that meet consumer needs while supporting brand and financial objectives.

  • Strong analytical, commercial, and strategic thinking skills, with the confidence to make decisions in ambiguous situations.

  • Experience working with operations and logistics; knowledge of long‑lead‑time markets is a plus.

  • Willingness and flexibility to travel across Central and Eastern Europe to build deep market and partner understanding; Central Europe IMP knowledge is an advantage.

  • A positive, resilient, and team‑first mindset, with the ability to inspire others and raise standards through your actions.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • Own and lead the end‑to‑end partner strategy for a complex, multi‑country portfolio, aligning consumer, brand, and marketplace priorities with Nike’s long‑term strategy.

  • Translate enterprise and marketplace strategies into clear partner roadmaps, seasonal priorities, and execution plans that drive sustainable growth and premium brand presentation.

  • Lead the seasonal assortment and commercial architecture for your partners and respected Sport, leveraging merchandising frameworks while shaping decisions to reflect consumer demand, local insights, and partner capabilities.

  • Drive forecasting, scenario planning, and risk management across your portfolio, using deep category, consumer, and marketplace knowledge to inform decisions.

  • Maximize net revenue growth and net contribution, owning commercial outcomes and proactively identifying opportunities to optimize profitability, inventory health, and cash flow.

  • Lead best‑in‑class partner and marketplace execution, ensuring elevated storytelling and product presentation across digital and brick‑and‑mortar environments, fully aligned with the One Nike Marketplace strategy.

  • Build and scale a premium, seamless consumer experience, obsessing end‑to‑end product journeys and key launches across partner platform ecosystems (online to offline).

  • Act as a senior partner to your accounts, engaging at leadership level to influence strategy, resolve complex issues, and drive mutual growth.

  • Role‑model strong partnership management standards, independently delivering against commercial CFOP goals while raising the bar for team performance.

  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Merchandising, Planning, Operations, Finance, and Marketing to ensure integrated decision‑making and flawless execution.

  • Represent Nike consistently in the marketplace through regular market presence, retail visits, key moments with partners, and industry awareness—within agreed T&E guidelines.
