WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You’ll be based in Nike’s Barcelona office and join one of two dynamic teams within the Marketplace organisation:
JD Group Marketplace Unit (JDG MPU): Partners with merchandising, business planning, finance, marketplace sales, supply chain, and brand functions. Serves as the main contact for JD Group Sporting Goods banners, collaborating with EMEA and Barcelona teams to deliver annual and seasonal plans. Reports to the JDG SG Senior Manager.
Lifestyle Channels Sales Team (Spain & Portugal): Focuses on marketplace channels such as Athletic Specialty, Sportswear Specialty, Digital, and Department Stores. Works closely with Buyers, Planners, Marketers, and Leadership, as well as cross-functional Sports & Lifestyle teams across Territory and EMEA. Reports to the Lifestyle Channels Sales Director.
Both teams share a common goal: driving market share growth, delivering premium consumer experiences, and managing end-to-end business relationships. We currently have three open positions in Barcelona, offering the chance to join a dynamic team and make an impact.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for Sales Representative with commercial expertise and a passion for sport and lifestyle. This person thrives in cross-functional environments, demonstrates adaptability, and brings experience in account management, merchandising, and sales planning.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in commercial account management across Sales, Retail, Buying, Merchandising, Business Planning, or Finance.
- Skilled in seasonal management and strategic account planning, including tactical sales plans.
- Strong relationship management skills with partners to drive business impact.
- Ability to analyse sales metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Digital literacy and omnichannel expertise in the sporting goods sector.
- Background in lifestyle sports or sneakers and a genuine passion for the culture.
- Excellent relationship-building, influencing, and communication skills.
- Business planning expertise with an analytical and digital KPI mindset.
- Retail planning skills: leveraging data to optimise inventory and margins.
- Financial and planning acumen.
- Experience in assortment building and customer marketing activities.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish.
- Flexibility to travel.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
Your mission is to grow revenue, margin, and market share by executing strategies, managing seasonal assortments, and optimising partner performance. You will:
- Develop and optimise seasonal assortments, trading, and replenishment to maximise partner results.
- Plan account business through forecasts, weekly sell-out, stock & sales, and long-range scenarios.
- Manage OB rights and collaborate closely with Marketplace Supply Chain teams.
- Drive brand impact through launches, community activations, and managing brand budgets and calendars.
- Ensure best-in-class product presentation across digital and physical channels, aligned with One Nike Marketplace strategy.
- Build seamless online-to-offline consumer experiences and oversee product launch journeys.
- Deliver excellent partner experiences at sell-in and co-own showroom execution with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain consistent market presence through retail visits, staff training, and competitor analysis within budget.
- Contribute to net revenue growth and CFOP goals through end-to-end business management.
The role is open for applications until 17th of December 2025. Relocation is not offered for this position.
