WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
The Global Sales Go-To-Market (GTM) Excellence Team accelerates Sales growth by driving a best-in-class GTM strategy, championing sport priorities through inspiring tools and experiences, and leading operational excellence across geographies.
This role will sit within the GTM Excellence Operations Team - the trusted engine behind the Global Sales GTM Process by delivering premium seasonal sport toolkits, simplifying processes, and establishing collaborative partnerships that enable Geographies to win at the moment of choice.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a detail oriented and analytical expert, skilled in anticipating challenges and proactively solving complex problems with advanced research, and technical expertise. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong organizational abilities, collaborative mindset, and excellent communication skills to help define Seasonal Readiness for the Go-To-Market process.
- Bachelor’s degree in operations, business or equivalent education or experience.
- 3+ years in marketing, operations, or data analytics.
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to anticipate needs and resolve complex issues.
- Advanced research, analytical, technical, and organizational skills.
- Strategic thinker who looks ahead and anticipates challenges.
- Collaborative and proactive, with strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Airtable, Excel, Tableau, and other Data Management Tools.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
The Senior, GTM Readiness role will co-create and coordinate an integrated seasonal readiness strategy for the Go-To-Market process, ensuring a single source of truth to support CODE moments and key stakeholder priorities. This role will collaborate across Global Sales to define KPI’s, connect data pipelines, and harmonize key results to simplify reporting metrics for the Wholesale business.
- Support the coordination of integrated GTM seasonal readiness strategies and processes across CODE moments.
- Lead integration of seasonal readiness data across global platforms and teams.
- Manage tracking and coordination of key GTM inputs such as samples, assets, and sales tools to ensure teams have visibility into seasonal readiness.
- Establish strong cross-functional relationships across Product Business Integration, NDDC, Global Sales, GaME, Geo GTM and others, to bring alignment and shared ownership of Seasonal Readiness.
- Communicate complex information clearly and act as a resource for teammates.
- Identify gaps, missed opportunities, and white space, then close those gaps through resourceful execution.
- Apply problem-solving skills to resolve complex challenges independently.
