WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
The Seasonal Retail Storytelling team within Nike Brand Creative leads the design and delivery of immersive, campaign‑driven retail experiences across EMEA. They collaborate closely with Brand Creative leadership, Retail Marketing, Partner Account teams and external creative agencies to elevate Nike’s presence across the EMEA marketplace.

Proven experience in a brand or agency creative studio.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
This role centers on translating Nike’s seasonal campaigns and sport moments into emotive, world‑class retail experiences that connect with consumers. You will work in the creative team to support the delivery of consistently impactful seasonal retail storytelling across Nike stores and our partner retail accounts in EMEA - raising the bar for creative excellence and execution. Through design-led storytelling, elevated craft and an innovative mindset, you will create retail experiences that resonate deeply with athletes* and drive engagement across Nike stores and partner accounts.
In this role, you will:
Work on seasonal retail projects end‑to‑end, collaborating with creative teams and across functions to deliver in-store executions across Nike and partner stores.
Translate brand campaigns and sport moments into physical, digital, and hybrid consumer journeys at retail.
Present work in creative reviews and foster a strong, constructive feedback culture.
Work with Nike teams and external agencies to deliver against the creative direction and execute campaigns across seasonal retail, in‑store events, and digital/hybrid storytelling moments.
Prototype, test, and evolve new approaches to retail storytelling while upholding excellence in craft and detail.
Bring cultural, creative, and innovation insights into the work—connecting Nike with new talent, inspiration, and external partners.
