WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

A creative storyteller who is passionate about the power of brand narratives, with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and how to craft compelling stories that resonate with audiences. This person is highly creative, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. His/Her ability to craft authentic and engaging narratives will be essential in elevating the Nike brand.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON

As a Brand Narrative Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping and amplifying the voice of Nike through impactful storytelling.  Under the guidance of Creative Director, you will actively contribute in the development of creative concepts, land the creative execution and holistic storytelling cross channels and consumer touchpoints, aligning with the seasonal brand plan.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

You will report to Creative Director, collaborate closely with internal & external partners, including writers, producers, brand management team & cross-functional teams in Brand Marketing, to ensure the brand story & concept is well executed & delivered across all channels, compelling and impactful.

WHAT YOU BRING

•Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in marketing, advertising, or other relevant field

•Experience: 3-5 years of relevant brand creative, communication & marketing experience in brand storytelling.

•Understanding of sport, athletes and consumers with thoughtful insights. Passion for sport.

•Demonstrate the understanding of writing, strategizing, and concepting within a brand organization, and how to translate brand story into highly engaging consumer-facing content.

•Experience with leading agencies and internal partners as well as the efficient time management across

•Experience of integrated brand marketing campaigns with execution of end-to-end creative & production of various deliverables.

•Ability to articulate the compelling creative vision & concepts at presentations to diverse teams, leaders and various audiences internally & externally.

•Clear communication in written and oral form, in both Mandarin and English.

•Collaborative with optimistic energy as work in complex organizations.

•Innovative and willing to explore the new creative ideas & solutions, including new tool/tech to make the creative process more efficient.

•Stay updated on industry trends to incorporate fresh ideas into projects.

02 Habla con un reclutador o haz una evaluación

Si te seleccionan para un puesto corporativo, un reclutador se pondrá en contacto contigo para iniciar tu proceso de entrevistas y será tu contacto principal durante todo el proceso. En el caso de los puestos de Retail, tendrás que realizar una evaluación interactiva que incluye una conversación y cuestionarios. Te tomará entre 10 y 20 minutos completarla. Independientemente del puesto, queremos conocerte a ti, a tu yo en su totalidad, así que comparte quién eres, qué te hace singular y qué deseas hacer.

03 Entrevista

Entra en esta fase con confianza: investiga, entiende lo que buscamos y prepárate para las preguntas que nos harán saber más sobre ti y tus antecedentes.
