WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

The Sr. Manager, Wholesale GTM Experience is part of Nike’s Global Sales & Consumer* Experience team. This role leads the creation of inspiring, retail-focused sell-in experiences. They collaborate across WHQ and Geo teams, managing relationships with Global Creative, Seasonal Content Production, GPS, Digital Experience & Enablement, and Retail Marketing—always with the goal of enabling Geo Sales to elevate how Nike shows up for wholesale partners.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, consumer-obsessed leader with a passion for retail storytelling and a proven ability to drive clarity across complex, cross-functional environments. They bring a strong business mindset, thrive in matrixed organizations, and are energized by delivering premium, scalable experiences for Nike’s wholesale partners.

Key qualifications:

  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
  • Skilled in retail storytelling and consumer-first execution
  • Proven cross-functional collaborator across global and Geo teams
  • Experienced in managing complex projects and aligning diverse stakeholders
  • Comfortable leading upstream sales initiatives with a retail end-in-mind approach
  • Familiar with Nike’s Consumer Code and agency workflows
  • Experienced in budget management and team leadership
  • Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 7+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or retail/merchandising

Travel: 25% of time

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You’ll lead Nike’s Global Wholesale GTM Experience team, setting the strategy for sell-in spaces and experiences across WHQ and Geographies. Your work will inspire retail-focused storytelling, drive revenue growth, and elevate Nike’s presence with wholesale partners.

Key responsibilities:

  • Shape seasonal and multi-season showroom strategies aligned to business priorities
  • Ensure global consistency in sell-in experiences through WHQ and Geo collaboration
  • Evolve Nike’s wholesale partner engagement by scaling best practices and removing barriers
  • Manage multiple projects—from seasonal innovation experiences to showroom buildouts
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders to align on shared vision and drive accountability
  • Apply a sport-focused lens to showroom strategy, balancing brand and business needs
  • Report into Global Sales and partner closely with Consumer Experience, Geo Sales, Partner Marketing, and Product teams
