WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Nike seeks an established Experiential Producer to manage live productions for Global Brand. The Producer will be responsible for managing end-to-end production for consumer experiences (design, rendering, sourcing, permitting, programming, fabrication, installation, etc.), delivering efficiently and according to Nike’s daily, seasonal and long-term marketing objectives.
The Experiential Producer is a strong leader, highly organized, results driven, and has expertise within the production industry. An effective communicator, liaising cross-functionally within brand marketing to lead and drive an organized, efficient and successful production process. They are problem-solvers, forward-thinkers and creative partners, always improving production to effectively execute the creative strategy of Brand Creative.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As a Brand Experience Producer, you will be responsible for leading and owning medium to large-scale productions in partnership with Creative, Brand Management, and other cross-functional Nike teams. You will facilitate agency partner outreach and negotiations, budget management and accruals, contract execution in partnership with Nike Legal, and will usher the creative vision through to final delivery. On location, you will lead installation, establishing the ROS and maintaining production schedules, and manage any on the ground production partners, both for fabrication and programming. You are the connection point between all internal and external teams, seamlessly communicating details throughout the production process, so all are aligned from concepting to delivery. You have and will continue to build industry relationships across creative, production, and experiential partners.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will partner closely with your Creative and Brand counterparts so that work is organized seamlessly for successful productions. You will also work closely with key business functions such as Finance, Legal, BA, Procurement, and the Product Specialist COE. In addition, you’ll be a trusted partner to Sports Marketing and Energy Marketing when these teams are engaged for specific productions.
WHAT YOU BRING
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
· A minimum of 9 years directly relevant experience in production and creative project management.
· Deep knowledge of Live Consumer Experience Production, inclusive of scenic fabrication and live programming.
· Strong project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Experience in contract negotiation, managing budgets, and timelines.
· Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
· Ability to organize and lead various teams to a successful outcome, hire and liase with vendors, contractors, and ensure clear roles and alignment.
· Ability to seek out new talent and establish good relationships within the creative and production industry.
· Ability to deal with and lead through ambiguity.
· A strong ability to solve problems and solutions-oriented attitude.
