We are seeking a Expert Apparel Product Line Manager, Energy Sub Label & Brand Partnerships to join a team that seeks, connections, serves & collaborates with the most creative and future forward communities and partners for the right moments to create the future of the Brand.

As part of the Jordan Global Energy team, you will drive the creation and amplification of the Jordan Sub-Labels and Brand partnerships vision and strategy through apparel. You are someone who can suggest innovative, imaginative, and resourceful ways to solve problems, overcome obstacles and take Jordan Brand into new territory. In this role, you will be able to challenge outdated rules, the status quo, and traditional thinking to accelerate our distinction within the energy industry.

Together, with your partners, you will grow and establish the Brand in relevant subcultures through sub-labels, partnerships and moments, driving connections with key communities to seed, ignite, and scale the love for our brand.

As a subject matter expert in the apparel creation process, You will work closely with your product management cross-functional teammates across global design, development, sourcing, to manage the apparel creation process. .

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Merchandising, or will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training

  • A minimum of 8 years experience in product creation, merchandising, and brand marketing

  • Influencing skills. Ability to drive vision and strategy across functions while respecting the balance of competing interests

  • Proven experience translating a apparel vision into a multi-year line plan.

  • Demonstrated line planning skills to meet financial and critical metric goals

  • Demonstrated leadership capability, including the ability to motivate and mentor others

  • Innovative in thought with a proven track record of applying vision to drive concepts to new space

  • Curiosity. Possess a strong desire to learn about new consumers, ideas, and opportunities.

  • Proven ability to capture consumer insights and translate them into compelling product solutions

  • Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills

  • Attention to detail and deadlines

  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, including internationally

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

This role will lead and own all aspects of the product creation process.

You will research our consumer, competition and marketplace and manage product creation workflow and data, maintain product tools, and effectively collaborate across functional partners. You will deliver on key dates and hold yourself accountable to be a great teammate.

You will work with the cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive the offense across merchandising, marketplace and marketing as part of the go to market process. You will deliver on key dates and hold yourself accountable to be a great teammate.
