WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re seeking an experienced Facilitator to deliver world-class learning experiences for Nike’s corporate audiences. This role focuses on facilitation of leadership development programs, onboarding, and corporate capability-building experiences, with reach from senior leaders to first-line populations. The ideal candidate is a skilled facilitator who brings energy, credibility, and inclusivity to every session, creating spaces where Nike teammates can grow, connect, and thrive.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

Facilitation

  • Deliver engaging and impactful facilitation of Nike’s enterprise learning programs, including leadership development, onboarding, and corporate development experiences.
  • Adapt facilitation style for diverse audiences, from senior leaders to first-line employees.
  • Ensure learner-first experiences by fostering dialogue, connection, and practical application.
  • Serve as a role model for facilitation excellence, aligning with Nike’s leadership expectations and values.

Collaboration

  • Partner with the Senior Manager, Facilitation and fellow facilitators to ensure consistency and quality across sessions.
  • Work closely with the Learning Operations team to align on scheduling, forecasting, and program logistics.
  • Provide feedback to program designers and L&D teams to continuously improve content and delivery.

Continuous Improvement

  • Apply adult learning principles and innovative delivery techniques to elevate the learner experience.
  • Collect and use participant feedback and metrics to refine facilitation practices.
  • Stay current on facilitation trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh approaches to Nike learning.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

  • Senior Manager, Facilitation (reporting line) for coaching, alignment, and prioritization.
  • Other Facilitators as peers to build consistency, share practices, and scale delivery.
  • Learning Operations team to coordinate logistics and ensure seamless program execution.
  • Nike leaders and employees across levels and geographies as primary facilitation audiences.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
  • 3–5 years of proven facilitation experience with corporate audiences; leadership development experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated skill in adult learning principles, facilitation techniques, and learner engagement.
  • Ability to adapt delivery to diverse audiences (executive to first-line).
  • Strong communication, presence, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with learning operations and coordination processes is helpful, but not required.
