WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
The Facilities & New Stores Specialist, Southeast Asia & India (SEA&I) role will report into the Store Development Manager, SEA&I. In this role, you will establish and foster a strong relationship with Nike Internal Stakeholders (Real Estate, Store Construction, Store Operations, Legal, Finance, Loss Prevention, Technology, Demand Supply Management, Territory Nike Direct Leadership Team, Territory Sales Team, etc.), Landlords, Nike Partners and Contractors to support and maintain world class Nike retail environment. Based in Singapore, you will join the Nike Direct Stores Team, and support the Nike Direct Stores business.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for an individual to deliver and maintain world class Nike Retail environments for Consumers and Store Teams, while protecting the future of sport.
A passion for Nike: Our product, our brand and our mission; and more generally for sports and fashion.
2 to 3 years’ experience with similar responsibilities or retail store experience.
Strong project/task management skills.
Strong budget planning/forecast experience.
Multi-vendor management, strong external communication skills.
Familiar understanding of industry and all terminology.
Works independently; accountable for the performance and results.
Skilled in Microsoft office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat).
Fluent in English written and spoken.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
In this role, your key responsibilities include (i) managing, maintaining and preserving store environments at optimal conditions for Consumers & Athletes (Store team); (ii) protecting the Brand and the Environment with minimum disruption to business; (iii) coordinating New Store Opening process through Milestone Meetings for all Nike Direct Owned Stores.
STORE MAINTENANCE SERVICES
Operation of Store services and programs: general maintenance and repairs, cleaning and pest control, sustainability programs.
Service Channel (digital tool) management.
Program execution and monitoring (performance management).
Work order management.
Vendor coordination and new vendor on boarding.
Point of contact for store teams.
Emergency response.
STORE SUPPLIES
Order coordination (Service Channel);
Supplies list management.
FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION
Stores P&L spend/financial controlling;
Budget management.
SUSTAINABILITY
Program execution and monitoring (performance management).
Program roll out.
Territory points of contact.
NEW STORE OPENINGS (new stores, remodels, relocations and store closures)
