WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You’ll be part of a newly formed Nike Stores Finance team, partnering closely with Retail, Real Estate, and Business Offense teams across EMEA. Reporting to the Stores Finance Senior Manager, you’ll collaborate with finance colleagues across the portfolio to benchmark performance, share insights, and drive strong financial outcomes for Nike Stores.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a curious, driven Financial Analyst who’s excited to grow within a fast‑paced retail environment. You enjoy turning data into insight and partnering with the business to influence decisions. You’re comfortable working with complexity, able to adapt quickly, and motivated by continuous improvement. This role is ideal for someone who wants to deepen their understanding of the Nike Stores financial model while contributing to short‑ and mid‑term business performance across EMEA.
You bring a strong analytical mindset, clear communication skills, and a collaborative approach. You’re confident working independently, yet thrive as part of a team that values learning, accountability, and shared success.
What you bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Query
  • Experience with Power BI or Tableau is a strong plus
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic retail environment and work through ambiguity
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

Your work will follow Nike’s monthly financial calendar, balancing structured close and forecast activities with ad hoc analysis and business partnership. You’ll play a key role in translating financial performance into clear insights that help the business move forward.
You will
  • Support month‑end close activities, including analysis and validation of actual results
  • Analyze financial results and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to drive performance
  • Support financial planning and forecasting cycles by preparing templates and submissions
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for business updates
  • Perform variance analysis versus budget, forecast, and prior year
  • Partner with Business Offense and Real Estate teams on fleet reviews and door‑level analysis
  • Help optimize finance processes through automation to improve accuracy and efficiency
