Shift- Tuesday- Friday 5pm-3:30am
Starting Pay: $19.40 PER HOUR
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
MISSION: A one sentence, motivating, strategic level description of “why” the position exists. The purpose of the job.
Receive parts into parts cage
Pull parts for Tech’s, GM’s and Management (need WO number)
Pull parts to be placed into a kit (need WO number)
Practice 5 S Program
Organize items that arrive for Tech’s, GM’s and Management (Tools, project items etc…)
Execute cycle counts daily on sections within parts cage
Execute semi-annual 100% inventory count.
Communicate with the Parts Coordinator for any parts issues. (Additional parts needed etc.)
Additional duties as requested by management.
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES: Up to ten (preferably 5-7) principle responsibilities with end results (the “what”) aimed at the key dimensions of the “balanced scorecard” approach to performance management: market, financial, customer satisfaction (external delivery and quality) productivity (internal cost and speed), innovation and flexibility. Framed in relation to the SMART model for objective setting: specific, measurable, aggressive, realistic and time-bound.
List percentage weight (10% minimum) for each objective.
50% Cycle Count parts to keep 100% inventory accuracy
30% Receive and distribute components for maintenance department
10% Document parts distributed or Kitted for jobs in the CMMS and Inventory System.
10% Assist Maintenance personnel in locating parts needed for emergency work orders.

Perform daily PMs within parts cage
Perform weekly PMs / Inventory Cycle counts.
Communicate with the Parts Coordinator for any parts issues. (Additional parts needed etc.)
Additional duties as requested by management.
WHAT YOU BRING
Qualifications
Prior work in store room environment
Experience with Computer systems
Experience with Microsoft Office tools
Able to lift 25 lbs.
