We’re on the hunt for a dynamic and driven Footwear Coach (3IC) to join our team at Nike Westgate. This isn’t just retail. It’s your chance to lead, inspire, and grow with one of the most iconic brands on the planet.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

As a Footwear Coach, you’ll play a key leadership role in our store, guiding your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and smash performance goals. Reporting to the Head Coach (Store Manager), you will:

  • Lead with purpose: Set the tone for outstanding customer service and team culture.
  • Coach for impact: Develop your team through hands-on training, performance feedback, and career planning.
  • Drive results: Motivate your department to exceed KPIs and unlock their full potential.
  • Inspire daily: Foster a fun, supportive atmosphere where people thrive.

We’re looking for a strong leader who is a self-starter, passionate about coaching others, and committed to achieving results through teamwork and innovation.
