WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a Lead, Workload Operations to drive platform ownership, program execution, and cross‑functional alignment across Nike Direct North America Store Operations. This role will own key workload platforms including PASS, Locker Room, and the Retail Calendar, while leading Workload Operations program enhancements, AI program integration, and Global/Geo partnership execution.
This individual will work highly cross‑functionally across the organization and serve as a critical thought partner to the Senior Manager, supporting execution against the aligned Store Operations strategy. The ideal candidate brings strong operational rigor, platform fluency, and the ability to turn complex priorities into clear, actionable work for stores.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As the Lead, Workload Operations, you will:
- Assist in managing platform governance and optimization for PASS, Locker Room, Airtable and the Retail Calendar
- Lead Workload Operations program enhancements and launches, ensuring quality, clarity, and store readiness
- Drive AI program integration across Workload Operation platforms to improve workload efficiency and decision‑making
- Support the Senior Manager in executing the aligned workload and operations strategy
- Coordinate and strengthen Global and Geo partnerships to ensure alignment, consistency, and scale
- Enable cross‑functional initiatives by translating strategy into clear workload plans and execution paths
- Create and maintain clear documentation, tool guidance, and operating norms to support platform adoption
- Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining a sharp focus on Workload Operations priorities.

WHAT YOU BRING
- A passion for Athlete*, Sport, and Culture
- Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant or related field, or any acceptable combination of education, experience, and training
- At least 2 years of project management experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills with dedication to fostering cross‑functional teamwork in a positive, collaborative environment
- Retail experience preferred, but not required
- A strong passion for operations and an understanding of program interdependencies
- A positive, flexible mindset with the ability to adapt to changing business needs while maintaining creative quality
- Outstanding written communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross‑functionally
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote
- Experience with project management tools such as Airtable, Jira, and Confluence
- Laser‑sharp focus with the ability to work quickly and efficiently under tight timelines
- Ability to travel occasionally, as needed
