WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will be reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Process Delivery GC and will collaborate with different HR functions in the GC region to identify best practices for process Employee Lifecycle Events, Data Management, Compensation and Benefits Operations. You will also provide premium service through collaboration with relevant stakeholders to understand and address their concerns and offer appropriate guidance.

- Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant or related field, or any acceptable combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in HR, Operations, or Organizational Management
- Demonstrates consistent compliance with documented work instructions, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Experience with key technologies: Workday, ServiceNow, Smartsheet
- Ability to analyse HR Data, identify trends and present actionable insights to drive improvements.
- Continuous Improvement mindset
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels
- Flexibility and ability to balance competing priorities
- Fluency in English is necessary
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
The Global Process Delivery Analyst I role is responsible for executing and maintaining core HR processes, including monitoring and resolving tasks and tickets in Workday and SNOW. The role involves all aspects of the employee lifecycle, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and seamless integration with downstream systems. Responsibilities include but is not limited to new hires, rehires, onboarding, Right to Work enforcement, employee contracts, employee changes, mass uploads, organization transformations, manager changes, data audits and analysis. In addition to executing core HR work, the Global Process Delivery Analyst I role is expected to consistently demonstrate Nike’s Leadership Defined behaviors, balancing results with values-driven execution in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
At the core of our work, you will be collaborating with relevant stakeholders, and a typical day involves receiving and prioritizing requests from management and HR Partners via ServiceNow, which will include but are not limited:
- Monitor and manage HR tasks and cases in Workday and ServiceNow to ensure timely and accurate resolution of core Global Process Delivery work including personal data changes, one-time payments, external payroll inputs, reassigning tasks, VOE support, termination process, administering LOAs, benefit transactions, employee contracts and contract extensions, onboarding, new hires, compensation updates, work authorization monitoring, updates and support, service date research and updates, electronic and physical file related tasks
- Maintain accurate and complete employee data to meet local requirements and ensure data quality for downstream systems including Payroll, Mobility, Compensation and Benefits.
- Conducting regular audits of HR data and transactional processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.
- Supports team projects as needed
- Support employees’ queries by applying functional knowledge of programs and systems.
- Provide timely analysis and solutions for system integration errors, collaborating with relevant teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless data flow between HR platforms (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow) and downstream systems such as Payroll, Mobility, and Benefits.
- Initiate and be involved in process improvements to improve the efficiency of the team.
