  • Data, reporting & knowledge management: builds and maintains a single source of truth (definitions, dashboards, playbooks/decision logs) to improve visibility, alignment, and onboarding.

  • Systems-savvy & fast learner: able to navigate SAP, Ariba, Coupa, ServiceNow, and Microsoft 365 to move work end-to-end and remove friction.

  • Finance & procurement execution: working knowledge of PO/GR, invoice flow, and month-end cadence; able to troubleshoot process/system issues and support budget owners.

  • Clear communication: highly skilled communicator, able to explain complex topics clearly in English and tailor messages to different audiences.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

  • You drive execution performance by implementing standard tools, templates, and lightweight governance that improve predictability and strengthen handoffs.

  • You enable cross-team collaboration across service teams, enabling functions, and partners to resolve dependencies, activate GPS priorities, and keep delivery on track.

  • You support month-end close activities and consult internal budget owners on PO/GR execution, resolving finance/procurement system blockers and process gaps.

  • You own EMEA Services & Presence data visibility, connecting global tech evolution with regional reporting to consolidate key insights and digital updates for leadership decisions.

  • You continuously improve operating rhythms by identifying friction points, simplifying ways of working, and scaling what works across the EMEA node.
