WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
This role will hard line report to the Paris Marketing Director, Jordan Brand with a dotted line report into the EMEA Energy Marketing Director, EMEA Brand. The candidate will work cross functionally across diverse teams to go to market including Jordan/Nike Global and other Geography partner experts across digital marketing, influencer, wholesale, data science, paid media, creative, geo and
city teams. This is a team sport and will require consistent collaboration, partnership and buy in with critical stakeholder groups to effectively lead the consumer offense across the geography.

We’re looking for an experienced and talented brand marketeer to be the next Paris Lead Professional of Energy Marketing. In this role this person will work activate the EMEA Jordan Brand strategies for Jordan Energy into city right seasonal plans and activations to drive the business. In service of the brand and in partnership with the fields of play (streetwear and sport), this person will redefine what Jordan means to the Paris consumer! This person will influence the Jordan energy strategic plan for key brand moments in partnership with field of play teams that drive brand strength, empower our dedicated consumers, strengthen our connection with consumers and ensure Jordan Brand resonates with the Paris boutique and neighborhood consumer. The ideal candidate has strong creative connections in Paris and knows who in the city are pushing culture forward (music, fashion, streetwear, art and other areas influencing the city). This person truly understands our most discerning consumer and who and what is influencing this consumer in the moment. We are looking
for someone who will suggest innovative, imaginative and inventive ways to solve problems, overcome obstacles and take the Jordan Brand in Paris into new territory. In this role, this person will challenge outdated rules and thinking and push the brand into new spaces through disruptive marketing plans and cultural partnerships. This person will create multiplier maps, clear plans and journeys for our key energy products, services and moments to push Jordan in Paris forward, always putting the Jordan consumer at the center. The right candidate knows the most influential, relevant and impactful, retail destinations in Paris and how to show up in these spaces in the most authentic, Jordan only way possible. This person is innovative with budgets and always be driven to deliver the highest quality of work.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will drive the execution of the Jordan Brand Paris strategy and EMEA Energy vision, bringing in new consumers and audiences into the brand across all levels. You are responsible for seeking, nurturing and servicing a powerful portfolio of cultural partners in Paris, and for translating these relationships into corporate strategies, new concepts, disruptive launch plans and authentic brand integrations. Each day will bring dynamic opportunities that you’ll work with your Paris and EHQ teammates to solve for. You will obsess how to make our brand, product, purpose and seasonal messages resonate with our target
consumer. You will lead the adaption and execution of branded content, services, partnerships and experiences in a way that is locally relevant and deepens the relationship with our consumer.
Together, with partners, you will grow and establish new partnerships while maintaining the health of our existing roster, driving connections with key communities to seed, ignite and scale the love for our brand.
• Successfully adopt and apply Paris and EMEA strategy delivering strategic plans that drive brand distinction owning the Paris local point of view that will create distinction for the brand across Energy product, marketplace, brand & community.
• Build and manage a network of cultural relationships (across music, fashion, streetwear, art and other areas) and leveraged these partners as collaborators and authentic voices.
• Drive heat, purpose and awareness for the brand leveraging launch as a tactic to serve the sneaker passionate consumer, accountable to driving integration with a focus on marketplace teams.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key account teams, key internal functions, agencies and relevant influencers constantly map & evaluate our energy relationships and partnerships.
• Deliver & lead journeys/calendar/contract across product, service & projects for cultural partners. Including the marketing journey and their long-term brand plans ensuring consistent brand positioning.
• Execute field of play integration with a focus on energizing sport & authenticating streetwear for key priorities working with FOP partners.
• Architect the Energy Launch product calendar to best drive the NBHD and SNKRS product journey in Paris.
• Develop strategic plans for local energy partnerships in collaboration with the brand and product teams. Adopting the Global Energy Brand Management long term strategy, Influencer partner portfolio and playbook.
• Educating teams with humility, passion and a positive attitude relating to industry shifts in marketing and consumer behaviors that ensure we stay on the edge of culture.
