You will partner with globally distributed teams of engineering, product and program teams to ensure that the ecosystem of services remains loosely coupled, independently scalable, and meets the needs of the business. You will work with your peers to develop key innovation features and report into the Senior Engineering Manager for your capability area.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full stack Engineer with a strong background in the MarTech and Business Insights domain. The ideal candidate will be passionate about transforming marketing data into actionable intelligence, partnering closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, and translating those into intuitive, visual solutions. This role requires someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and business, with the ability to design systems that are both technically robust and deeply aligned with marketing goals.In this position, you will be responsible for building interactive, web-deployed dashboards and reports using React and modern charting libraries, while ensuring that every visualization is backed by accurate and reliable data. You will query and transform data from Databricks (Spark SQL, Delta Lake), leveraging advanced engineering practices to deliver insights at scale. To accelerate development, you will incorporate AI tools such as Claude and Cursor, while maintaining a rigorous focus on validating outputs for correctness. Beyond individual projects, you will contribute to shared component libraries and design patterns, helping establish a foundation that the team can build upon for long-term success.

  • 8+ years software development experience in data engineering, Business Intelligence, or analytics domain

  • Strong experience in React / TypeScript to read, review, and modify component code; understand props, state, and rendering

  • Strong Data visualization fundamentals in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or customer data

  • Comfortable writing complex queries, understanding joins, window functions, and aggregation logic

  • Experience in using AI-powered solutions

  • Experience using cloud services to build an integrated application (AWS - EC2, ECS, API gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, Kafka).

  • Nice to have experience in BI tools like Tableau, Power BI etc

  • Experience with implementing CI/CD and leading teams with DevOps responsibilities of deploying and supporting the software in production

  • Experience with highly collaborative, multi-discipline development team environments

  • Experience with developing automated tests (E2E) with testing frameworks

  • Solid understanding of Scrum and Agile principles

  • Dedication to and hands-on experience in performing technical code reviews

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to effectively connect with both business and technical teams

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, Information Systems, or a combination of relevant education, experience, and training

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will build and deliver the technical runway for existing and new technological capabilities to support multiple mission critical systems within the Paid and Owned Media Business Intelligence space. You will rely on your understanding of scalable, highly available, and consistent distributed systems to design world class solutions. Design & Develop: Build, test, and maintain React applications and Node services providing functionality necessary to enable our MarTech performance metrics.

  • Collaborate: Work closely with product managers, engineers to understand requirements, technical specifications, and deliver quality software.

  • Explain designs to teammates for alignment and approval

  • Ensure solutions are designed and developed using a scalable, highly resilient cloud native architecture

  • BI dashboard development : Build web-deployed data visualizations using modern AI-assisted development workflows

  • Participate in design reviews with peers to provide feedback

  • Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best Database Management: Develop databases, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.

  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Write unit tests, integration tests, and maintain high code quality standards using tools such as Jest, Mocha, or similar.

  • Performance Optimization: Identify and fix performance bottlenecks across the fullstack, ensuring high availability and responsiveness.

  • CI/CD Integration: Integrate with and maintain continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for seamless software delivery.

  • Agile Methodologies: Participate in Agile processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Contribute to existing documentation or educational content and adapt content based on product/program updates and user feedback.
