Embedded in teams across the company, strategy professionals explore complex business issues; conduct consumer, competitive and market analyses; create financial models and develop action plans. Who We Are Looking For:
The Enterprise Strategy Manager will support Nike's Senior Leadership Team in the development of growth strategies that drive high-level priorities across key business units, markets, and Nike, Inc., brands. This role will:
Direct & execute analysis and due diligence for new growth opportunities, leading to actionable recommendations.
Design and lead strategic projects based on hypotheses and frameworks, pushing beyond analytics & research to insight
Catalyze the execution of actionable plans coming from projects.
Align and lead senior teams through ambiguity in a complex organizational matrix, providing project management support to cross-functional teams, including coordinating process milestones and deliverables.
Collaborate with various cross-functional teams throughout the business to prepare annual and quarterly business reviews and strategic workshops.
What You Will Work On:
The role will support Nike's Senior Leadership Team, partnering heavily with Finance, Insights & Analytics, Corporate Development & other cross-functional Strategy teams.
What You Bring:
Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training.
5+ years of proven experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, corporate development, or business development.
Experience in leading sophisticated strategic projects and proven success in leading a methodical process of analyzing problems, gathering information, generating options, then proposing and acting on a course of action
Consistent track record of pulling together diverse individuals with different goals and facilitate productive discussions
Proficiency in business communication tools and verbal/written storytelling + communication to promote conceptual understanding and mobilize change through storytelling
Bias towards action and comfortable working in ambiguous environments, and ability to work through complexity & adversity
Superior interpersonal and relationship building skills
