WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
Working within a team of Canada & North America brand experts, you’ll develop strategies and campaigns that build and enhance Nike’s relationship with consumers. A typical day will include equal parts internal and external conversations. You will also collaborate and partner with the following key internal and external partners.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing or Digital Media or relevant work experience.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Key lifeline on our team as the "doer" when it comes to mobilizing the right tools to launch and execute a project.
- Strong follow-up skills, and anticipating next steps in a project's ciritical path comes naturally.
- Detail oriented & results oriented.
- This position requires someone who can plan ahead, think analytically, and keep projects moving in the right direction despite ambiguity.

Not a requirement, but a bonus
- Strong passion and expertise for at least one of our key Sport Offenses: Running, Basketball, Soccer and Training and/or NSW.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Keynote. SAP preferred.
- Experience in some tools a benefit/ not pre-requisite: SAP, coupa, contract central, AirTable etc.
- Previous project management, or leadership experience in retail.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will partner with Nike Inc.’s cross-functional teams to provide strategic thought leadership across consumer experience journeys aligned to seasonal and fiscal strategies and goals.
More specifically, as a Nike Marketplace Partner Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping Nike Inc.’s presence across our partner ecosystem, from Physical Retail (Brick & Mortar), to Partner .COMs and social. You’ll connect the emotion of the Nike Inc. brand to athletes through innovative retail and digital strategies to drive demand, engagement, retention/acquisition, and brand affinity.
You will bring a best-in-class brand and commerce experiences to life for the consumer, and your responsibilities can be bucketed in these three areas of focus:
PARTNER MARKETING / BRAND / RETAIL / DIGITAL SUPPORT:
- Strategic contributor of our sport offense, influencing how it comes to life across campaigns and 365 experiences ( with key Partner accounts )
- Informing and influencing sport-specific retail/digital strategies
- Drive innovation to align our organization with the energy of sport, sport culture, all against the backdrop of both Canada & Global sport moments
- Business-critical support and executor for the Partner Marketing Leads, and their respective Seasonal and Annual Account Plans (spanning Foot Locker, Sport Chek, JD Sports and NBHD, Authenticators)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across cities, geos, and global
- Ideate creative opportunities for local activation
- Integrate product into seasonal and 365 programming
- Share knowledge and trends with the team
- Oversee the end-to-end insights gathering process
- Build new consumer experiences
- Expand the greater team’s understanding of the consumer, including aspirations, behaviors, interests, functional needs and values
- Serve as a key contributor , and project manager of November’s Cross Country OFSAA execution
OPS / TEAM SUPPORT:
- Implement new best practices to create efficiencies across the team
- Act as key author for all team contracts & admin milestones (i.e. across finance, Contract Central, Trademark Aravo, legal, etc…)
- Track notes in Air Table and deliverables in integrated marketing & team meetings
- Help fulfill the Canadian product contract, which can include design (i.e. grassroots events like OFSAA) to forecast to launch
DATA BASED DECISION MAKING
- Build and execute timely marketing campaigns
- Efficiently monitor and optimize their performance
- Track and improve key performance indicators and metrics
- Oversee resource allocation and budget management
- Drive continuous improvement through testing and learning
- Support digital & retail marketing excellence & innovation across Canada (ultimately NA)
The annual base compensation for this position generally ranges from 71K to 106k. Actual compensation will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
