WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
As our Global Apparel Operations Sr. Manager, you will be a key player in helping Nike development teams be agile, quick, and nimble. You'll collaborate with business partners to discover and improve processes and tools throughout the apparel organization. You will be critical in operationalizing Global Apparel Materials (GLAM), cFOP & Global Operations strategies, while driving a cross-category, cross-functional end to end offense. Your goal will be to simplify, connect, be consistent and efficient.

The candidate needs to be a team player who can collaborate across diverse stakeholders. Provide an analytical, creative, and innovative approach to solving problems independently in ambiguous situations with limited direction while identifying opportunities to improve productivity. Seeking a candidate with a desire to learn new business processes and understand operations who has strong verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business related discipline
4+ additional years’ experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
Experience in product creation, operations, process or related function
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will identify issues and opportunities to improve our internal & cross functional processes, establish best practices, work with cross-functional stakeholders to drive change, and ensure follow through on the execution of plans. You’ll also ensure consistency, documentation, and standardization across our landscape when appropriate. Your role will have a broad scope of responsibilities that contribute to the end to end AP process.
Some or all of the following will be relevant for your day to day:
Manage the seasonal day to day operations and support of the GLAM organization
Managing data accessibility and reporting to broader organization
Lead with an operational mindset: detailed, organized and process oriented
Enhance existing business practices and processes as well as create new processes and tools that drive effective end to end product creation
Lead, manage, execute projects and key organizational initiatives, thinking critically and delivering tactically
Facilitate conversations across functions, teams, and peers, at all levels of the organization, that drive to solutions
Collaboration with cross functional operations – representing the GLAM point of view
Create content and present complex concepts, processes, and strategies to a broad range of audiences
Drive and manage change
Make good decisions; demonstrate problem solving and good judgement; act decisively and take calculated risks
Possess efficient, clear, and concise verbal and written communication; exhibit active listening skills
Display strong team player and relationship-building skills; create trust among diverse teams and build credibility quickly
