WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This ideal candidate for this role will support North America Marketing in driving their plans, strategy, and goals through to market activation, ensuring the full team receives consistent, accurate, and cohesive information in a timely manner. Day to day partners will include NA Retail and NA Design and will be a voice of and to Global Brand and Operations in the region, ensuring Global and Geo practices, processes, and direction are communicated and acted upon.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training
- A minimum of 3 years directly relevant work experience
- An expert multitasker to lead critical marketing project management for the NA geo, including but not limited to:
- Leading Marketing Operations for Brand and Retail projects (including Digital, Retail, Social, Media, GTM Milestones, etc.); developing project schedules and work assignments against forecasted project load.
- Partnering with the team to power the Marketing function by driving operating excellence across the full go-to-consumer process in partnership with all functions.
- Driving execution to the consumer throughout the marketing process.
- Creating systems, processes, and tools that positively impact productivity, profitability, accountability, and service.
- Performing work in support of brand and retail plans, demonstrating the link between daily work and the company mission.
- Partnering with Brand Creative, Brand Management, and Retail on seasonal photoshoot planning and production.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
- Project Management:
- Manage day to day project operations with internal partners and external resources
- Partner with Brand Creative to ensure agency and freelance resources have clear direction and all necessary assets
- Assess briefs for accuracy, clarity of requests, completeness, etc. and work back with brief owners for revisions.
- Partner with teams to assess efficiency re: asset creation, merging briefs, etc.
- Utilize systems for tracking each brief, status, budget, workback, etc.
- Monitor and traffic deliverables for approvals, feedback, approvals, etc.
- Facilitate accountability for staying on schedule (both external resources AND internal teams), routing for proper feedback within timelines, etc.
- Anticipate needs of key stakeholders; assessing requirements and presenting clear path forward.
- Continual communication to all brief stakeholders re: status of projects, red flags, etc.
- Work closely with Legal team to facilitate contracts, SOW’s, Work Orders, etc, as needed by project.
- Collaborate closely with Global and Regional Marketing, to provide guidance and assistance when needed as it relates to asset needs, timelines, etc.
- Partner with internal and external resources to continually elevate brand presentation to the consumer
- Budget Management:
- Assist in developing project budgets & approval with budget owner prior to commencement of work.
- Manage projects to stay on budget and address risks with budget owner.
- Mange payment process to vendors including vendor-set up, PO’s, Beeline and finance trackers for relevant projects.
- Vendor Management:
- Manage vendor relationships and maintenance, liaise with Procurement and Finance as needed.
- Build and foster agency networks.
- Partner with Procurement for bidding and job awarding.
