The CP&I Product Management team is seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager who embodies a data-driven approach, fueled by curiosity and a relentless focus on consumer obsession. This leader must demonstrate exceptional ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution, navigating complex organizational dynamics to drive impactful outcomes.
This role is inherently cross-functional by design; You will work closely with users and business leaders, other product teams, other domains, Engineering, Architecture, Experience Squads, Data and Analytics Engineering, Program and Portfolio Management, Operations, Finance, Legal, to bring product to market.

The CP&I Product Management team is looking for a Senior Product Manager who is data driven, curious, obsesses consumers, and demonstrates the ability to seamlessly move between forward thinking and tactical implementation.
The ideal candidate is a life-long learner, excellent at navigating the unknowns and working with multiple stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization to get the right things done. They understand the “why” of each decision and how to deliver value in support of organizational goals.
They obsess the details and have a proven track record of successful delivery of significant business outcomes, holding themselves accountable for their commitments.
They possess ability to analyze and synthesize both qualitative and quantitative insights to guide the direction of Product and features.
They can speak eloquently and concisely to the data, highlighting key insights to the right audience at the right level of detail to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of demonstrated ability in product management.
Positive energy, curiosity, and a passion for building outstanding products that users love.
Innovative problem solver with a strong consumer and quality focus.
High attention to detail with the ability to analyze data to inform decisions, build expected outcomes, document requirements, and monitor success through analytics-based decision making.

Experience with working in an Agile delivery environment

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous learning is core to our identity.

Experience working on global products is beneficial.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
This role is inherently cross-functional by design; You will work closely with users and business leaders, other product teams, other domains, Engineering, Architecture, Experience Squads, Data and Analytics Engineering, Program and Portfolio Management, Operations, Finance, Legal, to bring product to market.
Drive product and platform strategies to ensure they deliver outsized value to Global Tech quickly and are built to be scalable and agile.
Focus on optimizing the overall user journey through connecting different services via API first SOA approach across multiple experience tools, ensuring one source of truth, scalability and user adoption across the entire platform ecosystem.
Contribute to the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities for CP&I products. This may include product management for a new product entirely, or new capability adoption, feature enhancements, integrations with our internal tools and enterprise consumers, and focus on ‘foundational/reusable’ capabilities
Work closely with engineering teams to translate consumer needs into technical requirements and specifications.
Work with business partners within CP&I and across the Enterprise to understand critical needs, establish priorities, and ensure that we are meeting or exceeding those goals.
Gather feedback from end users and product consumers through various channels and incorporate it into platform development.
Make prioritization and trade-off decisions, balancing meeting the goals of business initiatives, complexity, timeline, development effort, and business value.
Investigate issues, do root-cause analysis, identify systemic gaps, and ensure these gaps are addressed.
Establish and manage accurate tracking of critical metrics and translate feedback into enhancement recommendations.
Define and communicate performance metrics up and down the organization in substantial ways and the right level of detail.
