WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
As a Global Access Control Administrator apart of Nike's Security Team is responsible for securing a complex mix of manufacturing, distribution, and corporate facilities that provide a variety of physical and technical challenges. This role will be based at North America Logistics Center (NALC) in Memphis, Tennessee, but drive access control policies globally.
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH
You will work with cross-functional business and technology teams to manage access to all of Nike’s corporate and distribution facilities. This role will cover everything from credentialing to visitor management. You will work with the access control team based out of WHQ and maintain the mid-south system to accurately program and assign access following global standards and processes.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Organizing and prioritizing access requests received via ServiceNow and email
Review / audit customer profiles and address their specific access needs for building access. Ensure all proper authorizations have been considered and approved prior to issuing access
Perform audits on access control system to ensure that the system stays current with Nike’s business requirements and policies
Collaborate with cross-functional business partners to define space ownership and appropriate area approvers.

Ability to tolerate continuously changing situations, and work in some situations with unclear or vague instruction.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Minimum High School diploma, associates degree or equivalent 2 year’s experience.
Administrative and data entry experience in security industry preferred.
Highly organized, with solid time management skills and acute attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, ServiceNow, Airtable, Slack
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with sometimes high levels of ambiguity and independence
Ability to take initiative, follow through on requests until completion, and use a keen attention to detail
Hours operation Monday – Friday 7am – 4pm
