WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a curious, inventive geospatial analyst who’s energized by solving complex problems and building what’s next. This athlete of data thrives at the intersection of technology, analysis, and innovation—someone who transforms ambiguity into clarity and turns emerging capabilities into real‑world solutions. This individual will bring strong technical depth, a collaborative mindset, and the drive to push Nike’s intelligence capabilities forward. You will listen to users, iterate quickly, refine solutions through feedback, and build tools that scale. In addition, you will balance detail with velocity and have the communication skills to turn sophisticated concepts into insights anyone can understand.

You will need:

  • 5+ years of progressive geospatial analytics and geo‑visualization experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, geography, economics, statistics, technology, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.

  • Expertise in ESRI ArcGIS (Enterprise and Online), including administration, application development, and platform integration

  • Technical proficiency in Python, JavaScript, SQL, and experience with ETL and analytics tools (Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau). Databricks or Azure SQL Database preferred

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You’ll build geospatial and analytical products that power decision‑making across Nike. You’ll translate needs into solutions, elevate visualization standards, and help shape how intelligence is delivered and adopted across the enterprise.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop maps, dashboards, and spatial analyses that support operational and strategic intelligence

  • Translate stakeholder and business needs into clear geospatial and analytical requirements

  • Transform complex spatial and non‑spatial datasets into compelling visualizations and analytic summaries

  • Create and maintain documentation including data dictionaries, SOPs, process notes, and user guides

  • Deliver end‑user training and lead implementation efforts to drive adoption and long‑term usability

  • Collaborate with Nike Tech and cross‑functional partners to support integrations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure performance across platforms

  • Experiment with prototypes and proofs‑of‑concept to explore new methods for mapping, analytics, or automation
