WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You’ll be part of the Global Process Delivery team within People Solutions who are responsible for keeping Nike’s core employee processes running with precision and scale. This role reports to the Manager, Global Process Delivery, and partners closely with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, People Solutions Advisory and Consulting, Business HR, and Technology Solutions teams to deliver seamless employee lifecycle experiences across the enterprise.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a detaildriven Global Process Delivery Analyst I who brings rigor, curiosity, and accountability to core HR operations. You should be comfortable working in systems (i.e. Workday and ServiceNow) to monitor and resolve tasks and tickets related to new hires, onboarding, employee changes, payroll inputs, terminations, leaves of absence, contracts and other core HR operations. The Analyst I will also navigate ambiguity, and balancing daily execution with continuous improvement. Strong analytical thinking, clear communication, and a collaborative mindset are essential, as this role partners across multiple HR functions to support employees and managers globally. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable to shifting priorities, and motivated by improving speed, accuracy, and compliance across HR processes.

You bring:

  • 1–3 years of experience executing core HR or People Operations processes

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.

  • Experience working in HRIS systems (Workday is strongly preferred) and HR ticketing tools (ServiceNow is strongly preferred)

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

  • Strong problem solving skills, attention to detail and demonstrated compliance with SOPs and documented work instructions

  • Ability to analyze HR data, identify trends and present actionable insights

  • Experience with Smartsheet or similar workflow tools is preferred

  • Prior exposure to payroll, benefits, mobility or compensation systems and downstream integrations is preferred

  • Experience supporting large-scale HR events (e.g., Org Transforms, Year End, Open Enrollment) is preferred

 

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You’ll execute and sustain core employee lifecycle processes that keep Nike moving—accurately, compliantly, and at scale. Your work ensures employee data flows cleanly through systems, supports critical HR events, and enables teams across People Solutions to deliver exceptional service.

In this role, you will:

  • Execute HR transactions in Workday and ServiceNow, including new hires, onboarding, employee changes, terminations, leaves of absence, contracts, and onetime payments

  • Monitor and resolve HR tasks, tickets, and system integration issues to ensure timely and accurate outcomes

  • Maintain employee data quality to support downstream systems such as Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, and Mobility

  • Perform recurring and adhoc audits to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and local requirements

  • Support largescale HR events such as yearend activities, organizational transformations, compensation cycles, open enrollment, and store closures

  • Partner closely with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Business HR, and Technology teams to manage handoffs and integrations

  • Manage work authorization transactions, including Form I9 Employment Eligibility Verification and EVerify, ensuring accuracy and compliance
