WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will work with the Global Code Activation team within the Business Integration organization, responsible for bringing product rooms to life in partnership with various business partners and External Vendors. This is a high paced, dynamic environment, providing you visibility to how Nike operates to bring creative product room builds to life for various events. You will report to the Director of Code Activation team.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving, communications, planning, stakeholder and project management skills as well as tolerance for navigating ambiguous situations. Successful execution as a lab project coordinator will involve approaching each situation with curiosity, gathering and summarizing key facts, researching and summarizing viable options and solutions, implementing solutions in partnership with key stakeholders and Code activation team to jointly solve.
- Minimum 5 Years of experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Familiarity with design and building creative product rooms a plus
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You key responsibilities will include:
- Driving timelines, tasks, and deliverables to ensure lab room builds move forward on time and within scope.
- Learning the Nike Matrix and organization and identify key functions and roles relevant for each room build
- Partnering closely with other parts of the business to align priorities and budget
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders across functions, anticipating needs, and provide visibility into program progress
- Developing summary scorecards to provide timely and accurate visibility at any given point in time to build status and where help is needed to problem solve
- Tracking inventories and identifying inefficiencies in processes
- Implementing new tools, processes, and systems that make the team more efficient and innovative.
- Assisting with budget management, tracking expenses, and providing reporting to ensure projects stay on target financially.
- Prepare agendas, capture notes, track action items, and maintain clear documentation for all stakeholders.
- Anticipating potential challenges (scheduling conflicts, shifting priorities, resource gaps) and resolve quickly with minimal disruption.
- Supporting execution of Global Geo Pivot activities as needed and requested
