GPO Enablement Lead NIKE, Inc., Beaverton, OR. Formulate a data innovation strategy to drive continuous improvement in performance and work methodologies. Support Global Process Owners in shaping and executing the end-to-end NIKE designated business and product process vision, strategy, and roadmap. Actively participating in the navigation and overseeing the end-to-end process standardization value realization anchored to performance, collaborating and partnering closely with stakeholders, setting and incorporating business requirements, and guiding the transformation strategy for the NIKE process. Monitoring changes to inform workforce competencies, contribute to cultural evolution, and foster the adoption of new ways of working across the organization. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from AK, AL, AR, DE, HI, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MT, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, RI, SD, VT, WV, and WY. 

Must have a Master’s degree in Accountancy, Business Management, Business Administration, Economics and 2 years of experience in the job offered or a business-related occupation. Experience must include: 

  • Process / operation analysis

  • Tech x business interfacing

  • Financial analysis

  • Strategic partnership management 

  • Strategic planning

  • Advanced negotiation 

  • Process mining / mapping 

  • LEAN management

  • Financial statement reporting & analysis
