Responsibilities

  • Based on brand positioning and event objectives, design innovative event concepts and themes. Develop comprehensive event processes, identify potential risks, and formulate corresponding contingency plans. Examples: Key Account Planning Meeting (Four times per year), SoundCheck conferences (Four times per year), etc. 
  • Manage event budgets and allocate resources effectively. Monitor costs during event preparation and adjust budget allocations flexibly based on actual conditions to ensure events stay within budget. 
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth event execution. 
  • Ensure all event details, such as on-site setup, equipment management, and reception services, meet standards. Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure efficient execution according to plan. 
  • Collect and organize event-related data and materials, evaluate participant satisfaction, and summarize feedback to improve future events.  Management and execution of other operational projects. 

Role Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher. 
  • 5+ years of work experience in a related field. 
  • Outstanding communication and planning skills. 
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities. 
  • High sense of responsibility and excellent interpersonal communication skills. 
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 
  • Strong adaptability and stress tolerance, able to remain calm and solve problems effectively under pressure.
