WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

As a Head Coach (Department Manager) for our Westgate Store, you’re the face of NIKE.  Enjoy high-volume and a fast pace as your diverse experience and perspective helps guide customers in making the best decisions for them. You’ll work with your team to focus on customer service and get to the win the right way. 
We believe that if you have a body, you are an athlete, and you’ll bring this to life with your passion for sport and customer service. This includes properly training your team and implementing our Service Principles while representing our global culture of sport, the NIKE brand, each other, and your community. You lead the charge of ensuring your team makes positive moments, has fun, and feels like they are a part of something bigger.

Reporting to our Regional Manager, you will:
Lead: drive a service culture that brings the Nike brand to life
Coach: provide leadership, people development and feedback to elevate the team. You will be involved in hiring top talent, training, performance management, as well as succession and career planning
Drive: assist the team to achieve targets and KPIs by unlocking their potential
Inspire: care about the team and, most importantly, have fun!
 

WHAT YOU BRING:
•    A passion for the Nike brand
•    Area Management or Multi-Site experience from a large retail or hospitality environment, or experience leading large teams (40+ employees)
•    The ability to build, lead and manage large, high-performing teams
•    Strong strategic, problem solving, and influencing skills
•    The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills
•    Sound computer proficiency

The successful candidate will work a rotating roster and must be available to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.
