职位：店铺经理(Head Coach)
- 人员管理工作—计划团队日常或短期任务重点。管理员工及设置个人目标。培训员工，支持个人发展，就员工招聘、绩效考核和表扬奖励等方面提出主要意见；
- 负责单个小/中型店铺的所有营运管理；
- 管理员工、店铺经营和店铺环境，以便达到销售、服务、组织、顾客满意度和盈利目标并且保持经营标准；
- 管理店铺的每日收入和薪资支出；
- 管理员工、管理组或者部门经理并且负责团队人员发展；
- 负责店铺团队有效沟通，奖励和表彰好的表现；
- 与地区或者区域经理以及公司损失预防部门一起处理店内损失预防问题；
- 提供高档消费者体验和员工体验，实施/执行全球和区域计划，提升销售业绩。
- 要求：4年大学学历以上，有至少4~7年直接相关工作经验，1~3年以上管理经验；能够根据工作需要从事相应的体力工作；能够接受零售行业的灵活排班。
