In order to stay at the top of our game, we’re looking for an Instore Trainer who can train our teams to provide the kind of above-and-beyond service that inspires Nike fans for life!
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
These are all of the great day to day activities you’ll be involved in;
- Training the team to be best in class
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Create presentation packs to complement training modules
- Facilitate Rookie Camps (Induction) for new starters
- Complete administration tasks

In this role you’ll work with an extremely cool group including the Instore Leadership Team, Territory Training Captains, and of course Rookie’s joining our teams and your peers.

WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE
To be successful in this role, these are all the great things you can bring to Nike;
- A passion for the Nike brand
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Captivating public speaking skills
- Previous retail and/or hospitality experience
- Customer service skills second to none
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
The successful candidate will work a rotating roster and must be available to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.
