WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

As the Integrated Flow Planning (IFP) Director of Omnichannel Execution, you will operate at the critical intersection of Marketplace Supply Chain and Logistics. In this highly collaborative role, you’ll partner closely with MSC Channel Teams, MSC Seasonal Readiness, DC Operations & Planning, Transportation, Technology, and Supply Chain Operations (SCO) to drive seamless execution across North America. You’ll also work alongside Finance and Commercial teams, translating financial and marketplace strategies into actionable operational plans—and, in turn, communicating the operational impacts of those strategies back to business partners. Leading a high-performing team, you’ll foster deep connections with cross-functional supply chain colleagues and routinely represent NASC performance to senior leadership through executive forums and update sessions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.

  • A minimum of 9  years of supply chain or related experience, with emphasis on distribution, transportation or related operational functions.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Demonstrated leadership experience and strong interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.

  • Team leadership experience in an operational or functional supply chain settings.

  • Experience with Agile methodologies, or other project management competencies.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will lead the team responsible for shaping and driving the omnichannel plan to achieve North America’s financial and marketplace goals. You will ensure alignment across diverse teams by setting clear guidance on priorities, fostering collaboration, and communicating a unified vision for the North America Supply Chain teammates. A key part of your role will be driving performance management by establishing measurable objectives, monitoring progress, and coaching teams toward operational excellence. You will champion supply flow effectiveness, ensuring the right product is available at the right time to meet marketplace demand. Additionally, you will manage and optimize customer master data and develop innovative strategies for product allocation and value-added services, continuously seeking new ways to optimize cost and service to meet the evolving marketplace needs.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and prioritize inbound supply flow to support omnichannel and brand moments, enhance supply visibility, and scale automation.

  • Optimize allocation and shipment flow to achieve financial, service, and launch targets, making strategic trade-off decisions to support marketplace and launch execution.

  • Advance allocation tools and customer master data to enable strategic use of inventory and value-added services, maximizing the ability to deliver on marketplace strategy.

  • Lead supply chain teams through the planning and execution of peak moments and quarter-end, ensuring coordinated efforts, clear communication, and achievement of critical business objectives.

  • Serve as a primary connection point for logistics teammates, ensuring they have a clear understanding of business strategy and priorities, and providing guidance to align logistics execution with overall omnichannel and marketplace objectives.

  • Lead performance management efforts for North America Supply Chain by fostering collaboration and consistent communication across teams, utilizing dashboards and reporting tools to set clear objectives, monitor progress, and drive informed decision-making.
