WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

Supporting the Intersport Benelux account, you will join a small Partner Rep team, with each role owning different sport categories (e.g., Football, Running, Kids). As the Partner Representative, you will work closely with Operations, Merchandising, Planning, Finance, and Marketing teams to drive strong cross‑functional alignment and deliver integrated marketplace outcomes.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a Nike Partner Representative to join the Intersport Benelux team in EHQ. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Sport Categories for Intersport Benelux and making impactful marketplace decisions that help shape the future of Nike. You will elevate the consumer experience and drive results through strong partnerships with the National Office and key stakeholders within Intersport.

We are looking for someone who builds strong relationships, is passionate about sales, and thinks strategically. You bring the ability to land compelling seasonal stories through the right assortments for targeted consumers, act with courage, and contribute as a standout teammate with a positive and influential presence.

In this role, you will be expected to embrace and lead change—both within the organization and with our partners. You are agile and adaptable, thriving in an environment of constant change, and capable of navigating complexity in a way that enables both your own success and that of those around you.

The ideal candidate brings:

  • Commercial experience in one or more of the following areas: Sales Account Management, Business and Retail Planning, and/or Account Merchandising.

  • Proven partner management experience at buyer level, including selling, consulting, negotiation, and setting and achieving seasonal targets based on key retail KPIs.

  • Operations and logistics experience; exposure to long‑lead country specifics is a plus.

  • Strong retail and business planning skills, leveraging data to drive retail sales, optimize inventory and gross margins, and maximize both Nike and retailer performance, including experience creating partner scorecards.

  • Ability to collaborate with and coordinate key stakeholders across core functions within Nike and the retailer, such as operations, logistics, planning, finance, and marketing.

  • Ability to drive change and lead business decisions using strong analytical, commercial, and marketplace insights.

  • A positive, solutions‑oriented mindset with a strong “win‑as‑a‑team” attitude.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • Develop seasonal assortments based on frameworks delivered by Merchandising, ensuring optimal seasonal product flow and in‑season trading and replenishment to maximize account results.
  • Plan and manage the account business, including forecasts and scenario planning, leveraging category, consumer, partner, brand, and marketplace insights.
  • Manage the partner and the marketplace by ensuring best‑in‑class presentation of stories and products across the account (digital and B&M), aligned with the One Nike Marketplace strategy.
  • Build a premium, seamless consumer experience by scaling online‑to‑offline and obsessing end‑to‑end product launch journeys across the account platform ecosystem.
  • Drive net revenue growth and net contribution by managing the end‑to‑end business for your accounts.
  • Uphold a high standard of partnership management, independently supporting commercial SPORT goals while contributing to collective team performance.
  • Collaborate on the partner sell‑in experience and co‑own the end‑to‑end showroom experience to bring an outstanding partner sell‑in to life.
  • Ensure consistent market presence and collaboration with partners and buyers at retail, including store visits, staff training, and competitor insights, where relevant and within T&E budget.
